WHY ONE CYLINDER WORKS BETTER THAN TWO.

Having two of anything usually beats one, but not when it comes to cylinders on pop-up targets. We discovered that attaching a cylinder (or anything else, for that matter) directly to the impact plate always failed. Always. So we redesigned the mechanism to operate using just one cylinder, not two, and we attached the cylinder to the plate carrier instead. Now targets run through their cycles more smoothly and efficiently than before. And they're all guaranteed to stay that way. Forever.

THE PIVOT MECHANISM
You'll find this design improvement on every pneumatic target. Instead of the single one-point bushing (with the nasty habit of breaking before ever wearing out), ours is supported on both ends by greaseable, pillow-block bearing assemblies.  They never wear out or break.

DUAL-FLOW CYLINDERS
Using 1
½" instead of ¾" cylinders provides eight times more torque. And these cylinders have dual-flow controls, not single-flow, giving you an adjustment for speed and smoothness. You control the amount of air coming in and going out of the cylinder so targets operate without slamming into position.

PORTABLE AND PERMANENT VERSIONS
We offer both portable and permanent versions of the 90° turner, multi-function, pop-up head plate and dual pop-up head plate targets. Except for the bases which bolt to a concrete slab, the permanent pneumatic targets are identical to the portable versions. For the permanent versions we handle all the installation for you, including safely positioning the targets behind a ballistic barrier.

PAPER TARGETS AND FOAM TARGET BACKERS
Fed up with paper targets twisting in the wind? Tighten the built-in thumbscrews onto the wooden firring strips and your paper targets aren't going anywhere. Or forego the firring strips altogether and choose spike fittings instead. They're designed for supporting foam target backers manufactured by Metalmasters and work well with some of our targets.
